ONE printed copy of your media kit to the press room onsite for media to review; media will then be directed to the web, where their PDF will be available for downloading. For full details on how to submit your PDF pre-show to Exclusive Premier Womens Expo, info@epremierwomensexpo.com. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their printed media kit to the Press Room on Thursday, between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.
Photography/VideographerWorking members of the press are required to check in at the Press Room to receive an authorization sticker and must be escorted by a member of the Press Room staff in order to photograph and/or videotape at the show.
Please schedule a time with the Press Room in advance to arrange for an escort on the show floor. Photographers and videographers are required to ask permission before filming and must refrain from filming those who do not grant permission. Space is limited for video escorts Exhibitors are permitted to photograph and videotape their own booth only. Exhibitors who do not want the press to photograph or videotape their booth should inform the Press Room staff onsite. No other photography or videographer is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to any photographer/videographer. Press Room AccessQualified access to the Press Room (beyond exhibitor set-up for media kits and display case on Thursday), is permitted to working members of the press only. If you plan to photograph or videotape the show, you must arrange for an escort on the show floor. See above for our photography/videographer policy.
